FINE DESCRIPTIVE DIAGRAMS

Designed for students taking biology-based courses in both High School and early University years, this colouring book is equipped with a lot of stuff, which will satisfy its audience.
The coverage of this atlas spanned across a wide variety of animals: from the minute simple ones to the largest and the most complex chordates. Its beautifully illustrated diagrams would appeal to students of biology, zoology, agriculture, veterinary medicine, and a long list of other ancillaries.
Each figure that featured in this book received adequate structural identification, inaddition to a well-described anatomical components. The elaborations given to their respective taxonomies are more than satisfactory.
In fact, there is hardly anything to complain about here: The price of this book is reasonable. Still, I wish that (in subsequent edition), the syllabus of this book should be enlarged, so as to accommodate more specimens.

This book sounds ridiculous, and I was mocked by my roommates for using it in college, but it taught me more than my Zoology professor and text book combined. A great resource for passing the tests as well as retaining the knowledge.

Wonderful for the Visual Learner

I have found this book to be a valuable resource to not only myself, but my students as well. It works wonders for those of us visual learners that need that little bit extra. The diagrams take you through most of the common animals studied in Zoology classes. Systems of each animal are the highlight of each coloring plate.

About the Author
Dr. Juan Ramiro is currently the Corporate Marketing Director of Optimi, where he has held several technical and managerial positions since the company was founded in 2003. He has ten years of experience in the wireless industry, mostly focused on RAN performance simulation and optimization. Before joining Optimi, he worked for Telef�nica I+D, and then he carried out R&D activities about smart antenna systems and radio resource management for UMTS/HSDPA at Aalborg University, Denmark, in close co-operation with Nokia Networks. He is co-author of one international patent, several international patent applications, ten conference papers, two journal papers and contributions to another two books. Dr. Ramiro earned a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from University of M�laga (Spain), with awards to the best student record and the best master thesis; a Ph.D. degree in Wireless Communications (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) from Aalborg University (Denmark); and an Executive MBA degree from Instituto Internacional San Telmo (Spain).

Dr. Khalid Hamied is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of Optimi, a leading supplier of advanced planning and optimization solutions for GSM, UMTS and LTE wireless networks. He received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, in 1994. His Ph.D. thesis was on Advanced Radio Link Design and Radio Receiver Design for Mobile Communications. In 1994, he joined the Cellular Infrastructure Group of Motorola where he worked on high-speed data for third generation CDMA systems. In August 1997, he joined Mobile Systems International as a Principal Engineer where he developed software planning solutions for CDMA networks. From 1999 to 2001, he was a Senior Staff Engineer in the Wireless Access and Applications Group, Motorola Labs, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Dr. Hamied has twelve refereed papers and two patents. His research interests include coding, modulation and mobile wireless systems.

messed up. This makes it hard to read the book. The contents of the book are
accessible and anybody who buys this is obviously a fan of Fred Hoyle and his theories.
I am sure the reader will be tenacious enough to work around the technical difficulties
but the faint of heart should skip this one.

It's a very historical and relevant accounting of Hoyle's Universes...Hoyle discusses the 3 types of Universes considered early on during the 20th Century. Only the "Bid Bang" is now apparently relevant...the "Steady State" model is clearly the one we want to achieve.

Tipica historia

A pesar de ser la tipica historia del millonario con un pasado oscura y la chica necesitada, no la pude soltar. El es tan oscuro, hasta malvado y la forma en que la trata me mantuvo en la espera de como el iba a caer. Lamentablemente es un primer libro y pense que como en otras trilogias Melody Anne nos trae historias individuales de amigo o hermanos. Pero esta no es asi, esta es la historia del hermano mayor y como Jewel llega su vida. Tiene mas erotismo que otras historias de esta escritora que he leido pero muy bien logrado y no le quita credibilidad a la historia. Espero que no nos hagan esperar mucho por la continuacion. Si le gusta el tema trillado del millonario y la chica inocente que lo tratoca, estoy segura que le gustara.

Lo unico que no me gusto es que el final deja al lector hecho trizas y la 2da parte no esta disponible. Tiene de todo, desde romance er�tico hasta obscuridad. Su personaje es un hombre emocionalmente da�ado y obscuro. Me gusto mucho y espero ansiosa esa secuela.

Otra espera mas????

El libro es muy bueno, bien escrito, con personajes que marcan presencia y mucho erotismo pero...No hay noticias de cu�ndo saldr� la continuaci�n y otra vez somos los lectores los que no somos tenidos en cuenta. Hagan 10 si quieren pero publiquenlos juntos. As� no se pueden hacer las cosas, es una pena.
