Professor Reynolds has taught IS at the University of Cincinnati, Xavier University (Ohio), Miami University (Ohio), the College of Mount St. Joseph, and Strayer University. He has held positions at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston, Texas; the Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, California; and Procter & Gamble and Atos IT Services in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is what it promises, but not really worth the price

The book is exactly as advertised, "Written specifically for managers with little or no formal information technology training or expertise." It is very elementary. If you have worked in a moderate to large company, with decent IT resources, you probably know most of what's in this book. We used this text in an "IT for Managers" class I took and I probably could have winged it without the book and saved my money. This book should really be in the $25-$50 range, not $80+.
